Since December 2013, we are processing peanut blanching at our new plant designed and operated under BRC standards (Bristish Retail Consortium). It has the latest technology investment: Continuous flow roaster/dryer, electronic sorting of grains, automatic filling bags and metal detector.

Once we selected the raw peanuts to blanch, they go into our Wolverine Proctor Dryer / Roaster at determined temperature and time to reduce grain moisture, so the skin can be removed easily in subsequent stages.
